The double room here was spacious and had a fan, TV, and a nice bathroom, the staff were friendly and the location was peaceful, with an animal feeding farm nearby.

The room was air conditioned with climate control, multi-channel television and a writing table.

The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a beautiful area, not far from the mall as well as shopping centre. I thoroughly enjoyed air-conditioned and reasonably large rooms with fan, TV, spacious bathroom, and excellent staff. The location of the property was strategic - at a medium distance from Milea Bee Farm.

We loved the convenient location just behind SM Lipa. It was within walking distance of the bus terminal, making it easily accessible. the ample parking space was a bonus, and we appreciated the freshly brewed coffee available in the morning on the veranda-like area. the rooms were clean and the staff gave us a warm welcome, making us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the complimentary kapeng barako, a delicious treat unique to Batangas.

Felt like royalty, no complaints.

The value for money at Zillion Builders Pavilion was great, with a comfy stable bed and close proximity to the mall and my friends. The staff provided a warm welcome and I enjoyed the personal touch.

I recently stayed at The Zillion Builders Pavilion for one night during my visit to Lipa City. The hotel, more like a motel, had a charming ambiance and spacious rooms. It was conveniently located next to a mall, making it a great choice for an overnight stay. The facilities were clean and the staff members were accommodating and polite. The affordable rate and accessibility to the city terminal were added bonuses. The rooms even had bidets, and free coffee and hot/cold water were provided. a pleasant experience.
